On Us Early Learning is a family-run child care center that provides a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Our team is dedicated to offering quality childcare services that build the foundation for a lifetime of success.
We believe that the best way to help children reach their potential is to create an environment that is both stimulating and supportive. Our philosophy is to foster early learning through play, exploration, and creative problem solving. We use a holistic approach to ensure that our program meets the needs of the whole child – intellectually, socially, physically, and emotionally.
My name is Delores McCrea-Graham a native of Kingstree, SC; where I attended the public schools in Williamsburg County. After graduating high school, I attended SCSU in Orangeburg majoring in Psychology, however, 2 years later I would find myself transferring to USC Columbia to major in Experimental Psychology.
My aspirations in life was to always work with and help children. After, graduating from USC with my Psychology degree I worked in Lexington County School District One for 5 years as a teacher’s assistant for Kindergarten and as a Lead Teacher in afterschool program with AlphaBest while going to school online at Strayer University where I majored in Teacher Leadership.
I then got more in depth with my degree and started working with children with mental illness and behavior issues. I got an opportunity to work with Child Protective Services at Department of Social Services for 4 years where I helped parents that dealt with problems that had been some type of abuse and neglect to minor children in their home.
This led me into my path now, where my husband James A. Graham and I search for services for our child but was not so successful.
